He Is Able

Majority of us, before we met with Jesus were facing one challenge or the other, and also, now that we're in Christ, we're still facing one challenge or the other. Well the good news is, Christ in us is the hope of our glory. But despite knowing this good news, we're still weary of the fact that God is able, we still behave like those who do not have Christ. Why is that? Shouldn't we be the set of people who are always filled with joy no matter the situation, so why do we sometimes feel like God is not doing anything.
Beloved, our God is the All Sufficient God, the El-Shadai, He can do it, and I pray that He would do it for you in Jesus name. As believers, we should be confident that God is able to do all things, above all we can ask or ever think. Let's view the experience of one of our founding fathers of faith, Abraham. In the book of Genesis, we read that God promised him a son, and he received it in his old age, we also read that at some point, he had a son with his wife's slave and so on. Then in Hebrew 6:15, we were told that Abraham "endured patiently" until he received the promise of God. For the Bible to have used the word 'endured', definitely, there were hurdles he crossed, and challenges he faced. He must have been mocked, ridiculed, and he himself must have told God, why are you not doing something. In fact, he did question God (Gen 15). But in the end, God did as he promised.
"For the revelation awaits an appointed time: it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it, it will certainly come and will not delay" Habakkuk 2:3 NIV. So you see, God's word is ye and amen. If he says He would do it, He certainly would, be it in your finances, academics, offspring, marriage, business, and all, you just endure patiently like Abraham did, and keep believing God.
I pray for you once again, the grace to wait patiently for the promise of God in Jesus name, Amen. Shalom.
